This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 year’s experience to join the company, located on the west side of Addison, make a contribution and gain valuable knowledge about managing the finances of a company. We work very hard but maintain a relaxed office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- A/P and A/R
- Collections
- Account Reconciliation
- Journal Entries
- Other projects and assignments as assigned by the CFO
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma – some college or accounting courses would be nice
- Great Communication skills – you will be speaking with customers and vendors in handling your position.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong computer skills – (any Oracle experience is a definite plus)
- Strong math and calculator skills
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch
Starting Pay: $12.50 to $14.00 per hour depending on experience – definitely room for growth!
